When we sell our property, lawyer

If still under a loan, we need to get back to the same lawyer that handle our loan documentation? What if the property is no longer charged?

No matter how, there's nothing to worried about since the house is free of loan. If you need help in getting bank officer for house loan thingy just let me know I can introduce my friend.

You can appoint a different lawyer. Your new lawyer will request the necessary documents from your previous lawyer/your current financier. Make sure you keep your copies of all documentation from the current transaction.

Ahh... ini betul, when the MOT actually completed, you will get a duplicate copy from your financier. it should take a bit of time after the usual 3 month from SNP (i.e. after vacant possession). If you still havent get it after 2-3 months, probably can give a call to your lawyer/financier to enquire.
