i am contemplating to further my study to master, initially wanted msc in occupational health and safety but was not listed in mybrain15 program, so wanted to know if qualify of MSc in Econs at unimas is any better than other uni?

one part i do not understand in this mybrain15 program

I can't comment much on civil engineering as I came from another department. But from what I noticed, civil engineering is relatively easy to score (despite the hectic-ness) so make sure you do well in assignments and tests.

you still need the formal attires during the orientation and other activities. New student always wear smart but after awhile, they tend to follow the seniors wearing jeans to classes. lots and lots of them...
