"I had a very bad experience with W.G.Bxxg & Partxxxx and would like to share the experience with all.

Last Friday (fifth day of signing the letter of purchase),Julxx Bxxx confirmed that they able to prepare the S&P signature section (without getting the final S&P ready) for the 2nd buyer to sign on this Saturday. So after further request, Julxx agreed that they able to give discount for the S&P agreement and will ask her girl to contact me for the final pricing.
We agreed verbally on RMxx00 to prepare the S&P agreement (including all the charges).After confirmed on the charges, I inform the 2nd buyer about this arrangement. So the 2nd buyer, purposely get the flight ticket and book the hotel for the signatory.

On Monday morning, I sent all the required supporting for them to draft the S&P and did not follow up with them until I got their call on Wednesday. They told me that they still haven’t draft the S&P and not able to get the 2nd buyer to sign on the Signature section this Saturday. I was panic and raise out my concern about the additional cost incurred if we need to get the 2nd buyer to be here again for the S&P signatory. So the girl proposes for using the courier service but of cause we have to bear for the charges. I do not really want it to be that way, since they already promised they able to get the document ready for signature on Saturday before I appointing them to represent us. So I insist want it to be signed on Saturday and the girl say ok.

I got their call again around 6pm today and to my surprise they want to revise the pricing of the S&P. I’m so curious why they want to revise the pricing since we had already agreed at the first place. Of cause I ask them to remain their pricing as agreed (I believe everyone will do so) but she keep on saying "this is the actual price and if u think it is too expensive then please get another lawyer" to represent us. The 2nd buyer is coming on this Saturday and will be going back on Sunday night and they just inform me after the office hour on Thursday.

I don’t think is fair to the client and they just wash hand like that seems like it is not their issue. On top of that, the girl is so rude, Julxx Bxxx to be precised was actually yelling at me and says "This is the price and if you want you can get other lawyer to work this out for you. Beside I don’t really want to work with you anymore so it doesn’t matter to me". What a professional service they are giving. It doesn’t matter to her but its matter to me. I wonder how she will react if she is in my current situation.

Just hope you guys to be careful with the lawyer firm that you are going to engage with. Better to get the contact from your friends/ relatives who have dealing with them before and know the level of the "professional" services they are providing.

In the business world, never trust verbal agreement. Always go for a formal quotation and you will know if they are serious about doing business. My company is trading a lot with China and other Asean region and we always insist on doing everything formally in BLACK and WHITE...

My advise would be to remove this defamatory piece. Only worried that they might take legal action against yourself for spoiling their reputation...You decide yourself because its your word against theirs without any formal agreement.
