is this for unifi?

i round2 my taman (quite big taman - approx 5000 houses) found only 1.. it is 2 km away from my house and another one still under construction (by looking at cement base, it will be same as picture) and the one under construction is 100m from my house.

i heard that unifi will be available if the tm cabinet mark with Vxxxx. is that true?
today there's worker at tm cabinet erase the old mark Fxxxx and replace with VFxxxx
