Do I have to wait until TM update the online registration or it is already available?

my installation date is 7/11 for Paroi Jaya

Excellent, very professional installer. Appointment suppose at 2:30, but they call me around 12 to ask whether they can come earlier since they finish morning app earlier.

They just follow my request on cabling location. Never raise issue such as non standard installation la. They even climb my roof just to make sure they can terminate entry point as high as they can so the cable wont obstruct any traffic in front of my house. Start at 1pm and finish 3:30.

Very satisfied UniFi user over here.

Your apartment maybe have old copper cable or no proper MDF room, so they decided just apply FTTH instead of VDSL.

if the cable got yellow line, yes, it is fiber for unifi if no, then it is an additional copper pair.
