QUOTE(SeanWong @ Jun 29 2010, 10:08 AM) pretty strange isn't it? I got those emails as well. Twice to be exact. Once earlier this month and another yesterday. Worse is, after checking with UNIFI's website, my place is not even in the list! After emailing them, they say will be available next January. What's the point sending those email so soon? Giving people false hope only You received the email informing the availablity of unifi for your area a.k.a. QUOTE(yoda @ Jun 29 2010, 06:37 PM) i'm not sure about, bcoz i was told there's no decision yet on the cap.. damnnnnnnnn I got this info from Unifi sales promoter at the curve that day saying that download cap of watever depending on package will ONLY be applied to international traffic website and download from overseas locations but local connection will not be counted. Also IPTV and phone has nothing to do with the cap and will not effect it in any way.did they tell how slow they will cap your speed? After cap is reach u get a reduced speed to i think 10% if i can recall properly so VIP 5 will be at 500 kilobits/s still ok for browsing webpage. U do have the options to buy extra usage and speed will return to normal but i do not know the details. One question when will Bukit Damansara have coverage any TM people can answer this? on the website it says 3Q. |
