What is your package and speed?
*
I am going for the basic 5Mb, with DL speed at 4.5mb & upload at 2.5mb. I always thought upload=download, how disappointing.

I saw some area whole condominium is covered but I don't think there is even 50% using it. Why don't they just spread it to us living in houses too doh.gif

The only reason I go for unifi is because my place has no more node for streamyx 4MB. I would prefer a streamyx 4MB than unifi.

So cheesed off with TM. Applied for VIP20 10 days ago. The installation date was and the 21 of dec. Their installer called a day before saying how he couldnt locate the unifi DP box for my road (that white tm box on telephone poles). Called hiim back and told him i know where it is. It's really stupid, i live in ampang on a small hilly area and there's about 15 house on my road. They installed 2 DP boxes, 200 m before the start of the first house (there's nothing aroundit but jungle) and the 2nd one right at the end of the road where there are 3 abandoned houses and 2 plots of empty land.
Anyways the next day the installer comes to my house while i was in the toilet (lol) and tells my 60 year old mum that they cant install it because of low reading and then they left like in under a minute.
I got no clue what he means and if that means i cant get Unifi in my area (yet) and are they coming back to fix it eventually?
Called the center up and they said they will check up on it and get back to me. So far nothing.

VIP20 can easily hit 150GB per day if running at full speed. VIP5 about 30GB per day..

My friend live in Lorong Lee Hin Neo 1 said he signed up for Unifi at Ampang Point, 2 weeks later when he called TM why didnt they come and install, TM just said, OH, your house no Unifi..,

but today I went to his house, the street has the TM white box..
