The heck with unifi, my house number is 37 and the coverage only till 34, then they never update or anything.

Someone call me and said my house will not has unifi coverage, offer me to upgrade 4Mbps instead.

Agreed and later on when I contact their product department, they tell me that my area doesn't support 4Mbps.

What the f*** is this shit?

34 is on the other side of the street. Is your phone cable in front or at the back?

I've checked that Rawang is stil nt within serviceable area.

Sometimes pls beware of those agents claiming that they knw those ppl working inside TM and they are able to terminate ur streamyx for u but they will cheat u to pay rm100 saying that this is the coffee money for early termination of streamyx . This can happen If u do nt knw tat u actually can migrate from streamyx to unifi without paying penalty of early streamyx termination before contract. Well this is wat my customer told me and I don wish to announce the name of who the guy is.

I hv encountered many cases similar to urs but I heard one of the customers saying that after he lodge a complaint thru
https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/eaduan_c/edaftar....FTOKEN=12842909

2 weeks later Tm came to install the unifi for him, but the thing his house is located between the unifi serviceable unit but initially nt in the unifi website b4 complaint is made, urs is outside the serviceable boundary so I don't knw whether this method works for u. ..rolleyes.gif

How long does it normally take for unifi to be available, after the Fibre and white box had been installed on the poles?

Hi rattan, mind helping me?

I'm located in Johor Bahru, and the street just across mine (< 5 meters away) already has unifi, but not my jalan. I went to TM center to enquiry about unifi availability, and asked them why doesn't my area have unifi service when the street across already has one? The CSO took down my landline number, went into the back room and later told me my area will be unified "sometime" in the middle of the year. I was dumbfounded. Why on earth didnt the technicians wired up my area while they were wiring up the opposite jalan jalan when clearly mine is less than 5 meters away?

If you can help to find out a clearer picture for me regarding unifi availability I will surely appreciate it very much. Let me know what details you need and I will PM you.

BTW, although I know you can't provide installation in Johor, is there any competent agent you can recommend?

Any idea why PJ Sental (area around MPPJ) is so slow? The box has been there two years but still not available. I am just curious.

Thanks. The area is actually a huge commercial centre in PJ. It was supposed to be one of the first areas that Unifi is supposed to be available. I think TM is actually losing out by the delay.
