Yes, that fibre cable have been hanging right behind my house... Still website says no coverage, but when i on wifi i see someones SSID, xxx@unifi ...

mine also everything seems done and ready but still not listed in website.

my area not even listed on web site but enjoying it since last saturday

at the back of my house not even have the box yet

my place still not up yet... cable already layed few month back at tiang behind my house but still no update on it's availability status... very slow... lah... around 100 Meter at adjacent (taman permai jaya).. already covered.... why so late......

Every 2-3 weeks got unifi people open booth infront my condo KETUMBAR HILL. Went to TMPOINT Pandan Indah to made streamyx payment. Then enquiry for the unifi was told don't have coverage at my condo. I online check, it state have coverage at my area. That lady receptionist duno doing what.

Wanted to ask whether Sungai Long section 15 got coverage already or not... 2 years ago registered the lady say when available will send mail until now still nothing... 2 months ago check still not yet reached...

anyone who want to check coverage can pm me or call me 03-41414141 ext. 1002 . Monday-Friday 9am-6pm or if u want apply unifi oso can .

a mr azli from unifail customer service confirmed to me
that unifail slow speed is cable problems
and that this is not malaysia fault
bt as last time screamyx customer service told me
its overseas problems
looks like this is the end of unifail again
now lets all call n complain about our problems with unifail

i call unifail cs for explaination on slow connection
this mr azli say the slow connection to overseas is
-underwater cable problem
-overseas server problem
so my vip20 can only get below 1mbps only
this is not unifail fault
if i connect within malaysia get 20mbps
then its ok
case closed
n insist on closin my report

if u are using vip20, u should get an optimum downloading speed of 2mbps..
so ur saying that ur downloading speed is less than 1mbps? how many hundreds of kbps?

better get their as* working to restore back those missing speeds
