Today I called the unifi hotline and quering on availability of unifi at my area. Guess, what..she told me Bandar Puteri Puchong is not under the coverage yet.


That makes me shaking my head in disbelief.

ronn77, the promotion booth told me to just ignore that.

In fact that is true, I called them 3 times every time gave me different answer. One said yes, one said yes but can't install cause puteri 11 is business area @@ and then called again said no ..

Not all area are covered. I got mine a month a go...8061xxxx, but it didn't cover the whole 8061xxxx...
CS can be wrong...i had a long argument with them...after they can't locate my address
what i did...i give them the DP No. in front of my house and ask them whether it's already activated...lucky me i'm right and they are wrong..

just check the FDP whether it's behind your house or green box...give them the no. and there will be no more argument...
yeahh...it's a small hassle but their network planning screwed up big time, wrong address, non-existence address to name a few

Same like me. Mine is 2282xxxx should cover coz im living in Bangsar area. But Bangsar is not fully covered.
