While you will only see charges incurred for IPTV if you subscribe to additional channels/premium contents while you have voice charges if you make calls outside the free TM fixed line networks?

You should only be worried of download caps if volume amount appears in your usage tracking..

IPTV is free, unless you go to subscribe those paid channel.
Free between TM number = normal number such as 03-12345678
not 1300-xxx-xxx or 1800-xxx-xxx or 600-88-xxxx or 300 or 400 or 333 (more expensive)
handphone charge....

Now not yet block you when you over use the bandwidth.
