Fiber will be terminated at your condo MDF, and from MDF, still using existing copper wire to your phone socket...

No drilling and hacking will be required since connection will come from the existing phone socket...

And also, someone here (I don't remember who, but it's on official unifi thread) said that you cannot retain old ADSL Streamyx as well as your POTS phone number...
