Hi fellows! I need to prepare a salad for my friend's gathering this weekend. But I have no idea how to make it.
So, Which type of salad is easier to prepare? Can you share your recipe with me?
Thank you!

I love fruit salad, it's the easiest and most delicious! ingredients: Fruits Plain yogurt u prepare apple, pear, guave, papaya....what kind of fruit is up to you, but try to avoid fruit that got many water (oranges, watermelon ...) because it will cause the salad become watery. 1. cut the fruits into cubes. 2. pour in plain yogurt and mix all together 3. Then it's ready to eat.

caesar is a great salad, but might be a little expensive to make, esp for larger groups.
Just take some salad leave, tomato etc and put vinegrette and thousand island on the side let the user own self put dressing

QUOTE(C-Note @ Jun 18 2010, 01:19 AM) Raw egg yolk? salmonella la bro Well, that's how people do caesar salad, to give the creamier and heavier texture. Well, for kiasi people, some prefer to fast boil it around 30-45 second first before using it.

But taste wise = Yeah, raw egg are one of the ingredient to make mayo. Agree with you, all most of the fine dining restaurant make their own mayo. Yeah the taste is surely better. It got me addicted when I first time tasted Caesar Salad.

Well u can also try french dressing for ur salad. Add some olive oil into french dressing
As for ingredients lettuce pepper cucumber tomato croutons bacon crisp parmesan cheese
I guess salad is one of the easiest things to prepare its just the sauce .. u can prepare few types of sauce n let them mix it coz everyone might have diffrent taste. mayo is also optional but i prefer jap mayo.
