It's a Norwegian company. Involves in shipping. Depends what posts you are looking at.

I think Asst Marine Personnel Officer is a Manning Officer .
Manning is quite stressful when you deal with seacrews during sign in and sign off.
Handling people need alot skill in communication and negotiatoin.

Sorry for late response..I got the offer but it was a different position that I am looking and the salary also different, then I reject it.

It was multicultural company, with a lot of benefit I think.
