install that slideME instead ? maybe ur rom doesnt come with it as default ? try a custom rom.

Some HTC Android sets in Malaysia come with SlideME instead of Market. Such as the Hero. I rooted and flashed a custom ROM to get the Market app.

any site tat provides tutorial to do it? (im a totally nuts in this android)

flashing ur phone with a custom rom usually voids any warranty that comes with it.
if ur phone comes with slideME. just use it first lor.
there are a lot of guides and write ups for flashing a custom rom, especially when it comes to htc devices.
