i have an ongoing case scenario here.

i bought an apartment from a public auction 3 years ago. the lawyer representing the bank during the auction is Azhar & Wong. So on, i succeeded the bid and took RHB as my homeloan provider.

Now already 3yrs, my homeloan oredi lapse its lock-down period and wanna do refinancing to get better package. currently my RHB homeloan is at BLR-0.97%, while current market offering is BLR-1.9%.

the problem is, when i submmitted my Deed of Assignment, my refinancier was unable to proceed due to the Title (Auction) lawyer has been blacklisted by BAR Council.

hope someone here with experince in this process would advice me on what's next step to do beside just 'wait n see'.
