it only happens when 2 or more of us connects to the SAME server. we tried on alot of servers all same prob. dont remember their ips

@blitzone.
So u r trying to say, 20Mbps is shared amount all the user... I suggest u apply for a 4Mbps or 1Mbps for both room.. no point sharing 20Mbps with people outside. |

we had 2 X 20Mbps in the cc, one 20Mbps is for internet surfing, another 20Mbps only for online games, so it only 20% usage all the time on the 20Mbps...
