Nowadays most developers dun include detailed dimensions of each room in brochure to safeguard themselves fr any discrepancy claim later on. Even the layout in the SPA oso did not include these details most of the time.

Dun think they will change layout significantly, just that if the specification not stated so clearly, they will not be tied down. For example if a certain dimension is smaller by a few inches than stated in the agreement drawing, u may hv a ground to claim or sue them. If its not stated clearly, there is ground for argument.

Another example is they state the specs like how many lighting, fan, AC, and power points, but the layout drwg will not indicate where are the points. Developer r clever to protect themselves.
