QUOTE(Uzumaki NaruTo @ Jun 17 2010, 04:31 PM) Jumping to FF soon eh. congratulation. I only know SP90 F2.5 is 1:2 Macro while F2.8 is 1:1 and the older F2.5 has AF ...May i know whats the difference between Tamron SP90 F2.8 and the F2.5 ? Other than the 2.8 is latest version right. But the F2.5 still can do auto focus right? |

QUOTE(tmj @ Jun 18 2010, 06:08 PM) Hello all sony maniac~ hehe i have some question wanna ask, 1. 17-75 =O? Didn't heard that lens before, about macro magnification most of the Zoom Lens with macro ability usually has around 1:4 ~1:4.5 Magnification expect long focal zoom like 70-300 macro series would have 1:2 Macro Magnification1. i using A380, if i using Sigma/Tamron lens 17-75 with macro is it 1:1 macro? its a nice lens or not? 2. for A380 maximum ISO is how much? kinda lot noise during night shoot. 3. how to check shutter count? 4. a camera quality getting worst when how much shutter count?? 5. there are no 49mm close up filter? 2. A380 has max ISO of 3200 3. I'm not sure but you can look at the playback display where it has the number of many you take 4. Not sure for this either xD 5. For 49mm, you can get the Raynox 250 (compatible from 49mm-67mm) Macro filter |

QUOTE(tmj @ Jun 18 2010, 08:45 PM) This lens kah? Well from the specs, it mentions the lens have 1:2.3 magnification which is good enough macro capability for still live and flower but downside for the lens is the aperture of F2.8 only limits around 17mm~20mm? I think you can try to research it at Dyxum.com about the performance of this lens This post has been edited by wingster: Jun 18 2010, 08:57 PM |

QUOTE(lwliam @ Jun 24 2010, 07:19 PM) focusing screen is a screen that is placed above the mirror and below the OVF, effectively right in between the mirror and OVF. I see because just looking some thread saying those old film SLR like K-3 focusing screen install on the DSLR will improve the focus accuracy but I'm not is true or not, now I get it.one of them is a type of split screen, its purpose is used mainly in manual focusing, where there is usually a split screen, u turn the focusing ring until the image on both sides of the screen lines up and is in focus. u can see this mostly in older day slrs where AF capable lenses and bodies are still very young. hmm so is only useful for MF? AF don't have any effects? This post has been edited by wingster: Jun 24 2010, 07:28 PM |

QUOTE(mastering89 @ Jun 26 2010, 11:02 PM) aiyaa. forgot to clean before go yesterday. dusty dots still ok. can see the ulat (long black thingy) use stamp tool for clone + repair it or next time u shot, take 2 different (1 smaller aperture and 1 brighter aperture which shows dust free) aperture and then merge and masking to repair it :3![]() |

QUOTE(mastering89 @ Jun 26 2010, 11:22 PM) zstan : haha i rarely clean, because rarely see dust as i dont use much of small aperture >F/16 . now i know need to prepare ,test and clean everytime go for shooting haiz thats why when use F22+ you need to take noted on it wingster : oh thanks, noted . haha my friend say can put tis pic like those calender ones but then i show them the dust they lol'd For me usually landscape photoshooting will only use maximum value of F16~F18 for easy clean up against the stupid ulat + dots of dust while normally F11~F13 would be well done IMO unless u want to catch every single detail clearly? :? QUOTE(lwliam @ Jun 27 2010, 01:02 AM) wingster, your solution is not very good..as the difference in DoF will not be the same in both pics taken at different f-numbers. I know that is not a great solution but it is one of the solution for you to repair when both healing brush or stamp tool were not working well, the method of 2 different F-number might be useful on certain area like skies, cloud or something which is in pattern and about DoF what I do is to focus on the subject which I find the part where most dust appear on the area when u take on smaller apertureThis just one of my working method which may not be a right solution by others people This post has been edited by wingster: Jun 27 2010, 01:13 AM |
