braindead_fr3ak: Congratulations!

Ah hao, welcome!

ianho: Wah same as mine! Pity the Hoya HD filters don't come in 49mm and it's hard to come by B+W filters in 49mm size.

Does the fisheye adapter fit on, with this filter attached?

My black NEX-5 with LA-EA1 lens adapter and Zeiss 135mm F1.8. A fair bit too long to be used comfortably - I prefer the 50mm as it's pocketable.

Albert, I wanted Hoya HD or B+W XS-Pro for my pancake but elek. Looked everywhere. Best I could buy was the Zeiss.

No, the pancake wont fit over the filter. Hafta remove filter to fit fish

That Zeiss 135 is gonna b superb for portraits on the NEX. Must pinjam me at next TT.

Uzumaki NaruTo: Heh, the flash even gets a shadow when using the fisheye converter on the 16mm!

ianho: Argh, just as I thought.

mastering89: Optical quality is about the same for the Hoya HD, B+W and Zeiss. Though the Zeiss is not rated to be scratch proof nor easy to clean.

And yes, the Sigma 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM should perform well as a video lens. It's smaller than the Zeiss 135mm F1.8 yo!

Lousy advice u giving la. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

For me, everytime I buy new camera, 1st thing I do is tell the salesman to take out the battery n charger n start charging it while I check the camera, check everything is in the box, read read the manual a bit, tokoksingsong with the salesman, pay the bill n wait for him to issue receipt n chop the warranty card. All that usually takes at least 30 minutes n that 30 minutes is enough to charge up the battery just enough to play for a few hours until I get home. I MUST play with teh camera the minute I walk out of the shop or else I will mengamuk! laugh.gif

Normally.. if purchase from Sony centre, the battery is totally flat.
This is because the box is seal.
U may not able to shoot.. sweat.gif
