lol. what u expect. the main purpose of the competition is for the organisers to get good photos for their own publication.

IMO .. rule #3 shud only applied to those who selected as the winners .. let say If got 3k entry pic , they actually owns more than 8 good pic (the winners) for their own re-produce and re-publicize use without giving any credit to other photographers .. |
