frankly, nissan latio seats and suspension setting is the most comfortable and cabin noise is the lowest~

i really think NHC very bumpy and the bloody low quality tyre really really making noisy~

agree. my bro has the previous gen city. the ride quality, pickup, FC wise, gear change, all are better than my NHC.

feel like I am paying more for a downgrade Honda model. besides it's stunning new look, nothing has better but become worse. even the service charge are overall more expensive than previous. (mind that previous gen has offered FOC service charge up to 20k mileage!)

i am regret why that time i had offered 10k discount on the previous model I didnt take it instead i paid 90k for this NHC but overall it's a worse model compare to previous. now my bro is laughing at my decision. really a bit feel like selling off the car and get a Forte. sad.gif

Yes the city pickup is quite bad frm standstill.feels rough and noisy. But once reach 60 kmh onwards better d lah.

Gearbox can be jerky at times.

Suspension is better thn previous city in terms of stiffness. But due to tht stiffness, ride quality is super duper bumy. Seriously, every single bump can be felt.

But my no1 complain of this nhc willl b the very inconsistent engine.

It can be brilliantly smooth and powerful atoday. Then tommorrow, it will feel sluggish, and rough.

You hv to drive it long enough to exp this.

So no choice, bought the car, hv to try to live with it..

Oberall the nhc is a very average car after 1year with the car. Previous city engine definately nicer n smoother to drive.

agree with ur statement. my gf rather choose her myvi back to drive instead of my NHC when i exchanged my car with her for a week. she commented this kind of "emotional" engine better let me to control it doh.gif

kevin, if given a chance, would u go for NHC again?
hmm... for me, i will say a big NO. at the moment, a bit feel like selling it off to others to control this "emotional" engine. rather get a simple vvti Brand T engine or the worthy Forte better..

why wanna get this modulo rims?
2.5k for this rim is really crazy~
2.5k can get very nice and light rims for the ride already. lowyat has a lot of rim seller, try browse around.

btw, go and weigh our E spec rim. u will get shocked how heavy it is per rim.

Will it ever more noisier than the stock tyre Goodyear? I think the Goodyear stock tyre is the worst and noisy low quality tyre

when i gonna change tyre, i must look for comfort and quiet tyre. second the handling. Guess only Continental is good on this criteria.

regarding the FC, i am getting mine better. highest fuel consumption from day 1 till now is around 12.5km/l and min fuel consumption i got ever is around 17km/l which got 550km++ per tank (90% h/w).

nowadays average i got is 450km to 490km per tank. Not good but not bad. but still, Vios is the FC king.

talking abt handling, this new honda city is much more better comparing to last generation in stock. and for Vios, even worse =.='' so much body rolling. how i wish this new honda city weight can reduce a 100kgs and re-setting the gear ratio then i guess the driving experience will totally upgrade!

i would suggest u to look into Hyundai Avante. It is much more nicer and good FC reading with awesome exterior and interior as well.. why need to pick the insight with no driving fun at all while there are really a lot of great <100k cars in the market now? (2.0 Inspira, 2.0 Forte (6spd), 1.8 Hyundai Avante)

Honda service is getting worse and worse as u can see many complaints nowadays.

Agreed.. Honda SC sucks.. I really hate to service my Honda every 3 months.. My Perodua can service every 6 months interval but Honda can't.. Wait bloody long also... Always more than half day..

yes. dun even talk about the blardy expensive labour fees. Frankly speaking, Toyota Service and SC is better compare to Honda.
If talk about the car, korean cars are indeed catching up and improves a lot~ I love the new Hyundai Avante smile.gif

guys.. just ask for discussion.

If, there are 2 options. Either

mod the car with a set of turbo kit and bigger disc brake with cost 10k++
or
sell the car (let say 75k) and buy the new Hyundai Avante?
