I need to install ARB & Struts bar... I test power with a Lotus Esprit last nite at a traffic light stop. The CT feels wobbly. Power wise, i think it's ok for a 1.5liter. In a blink of an eye, it managed to reached 140kmh. Not bad at all. I guess if I am driving CT's big brother (CIVIC Type R) with K20A spec R engine, then only can fight.

QUOTE(1282009 @ Aug 8 2010, 12:25 PM) Lots of people complained that V-Kool tint uses metal element. The colour of the tint will fade as time goes by. I suggest that you go for 3M. Do bear in mind though, 3M tint are not Smart Tag friendly. This post has been edited by Thrust: Aug 8 2010, 02:23 PM |

QUOTE(1282009 @ Aug 8 2010, 01:47 PM) Thanks, Thrust. Another brand I'm thinking is Ecotint - RayBarrier. Any comment? I use Smarttag very regularly so I think 3M is not suitable for me. Ecotint Ray Barrier is quite famous but I don't know whether it is as good as 3M. Maybe you can go survey other tint brand such as Lumar. Ask the sales personnel whether it is Smart Tag friendly or not.I personally prefers 3M as this is a huge US company. Their products are tested & proven to be good |

What is our NHC alarm system? Connex or Cobra or is it something else? Curious here.

QUOTE(toothgnasher @ Aug 24 2010, 11:33 PM) it seems honda city can't read my sandisk cruzer blade 16GB. Most USB car audio players nowadays supports up to 8GB thumbdrive in FAT32 format only. Your 16GB is working fine just that most likely the NHC can read up to 8GB thumbdrive.tried my old Apacer 4GB, it works. So does Jim Raynor's dogtag USB, 2GB. anyone of you using 16GB thumbdrive? I just want to know if it's specific brand or the size is giving the problem. thanks. |

Every morning when I start my car, the RPM will shoot up till 1800. I think it's perfectly normal. When it's hot, it will only go up till 1k.

Actually I do feel the NHC pick up is not that bad. It's better than my old WIRA and Myvi. Remember, it is running on 16" unlike VIOS's 15".

It really depends on luck bro. I've got my NHC since March & there's totally no problem with it. The only thing i dislike is the handling. After installing some after market struts, it's good to go.

QUOTE(siaukia @ Sep 16 2010, 09:24 AM) sigh, i keep telling myself “no it’s ok no it’s ok” but i can’t take a fact to take my hard earned money and spend it on a car that later will be serviced by SC that has P1 attitude, for example suddenly item kong then they’ll go like tak-apa attitude :s If item 'kong' you will know. They cannot deny it. It's best you service your car from where you bought it. They will give you better treatment |

Bro 1282009, have you got your car fixed? Actually the front rim with rust isn't a problem. Honda did not apply a layer of coat on the front brake disc. That is why it tends to show rust after you wash your car or when it rains. All City encounter it unless you're willing to change to aftermarket brake discs.
About the front mud flap area, this is a problem. It shouldn't be misaligned like that. Proceed to your SC & get it fix. |
