Guys ..... A question

When is the right timing to use D3 ? does it serve the same purpose as overdrive ?

Lets say if im driving at 100km/hr and want to overtake a car - correct to change to D3 ?

Or D3 is only used during low speed to high speed pickup (lets say 20km/hr yo 80km/hr)

Guys, i tried to pluck in my Mp3 player by using the usb in my NHC. I realised that i cant choose songs that i wanna listen by using my mp3. I can only choose songs by pressing the next or previous buttons on the player. I have like 1000songs in my Mp3 , its ridiculous to press the next button 1000 times right? What about those who are using apple products? Are u able to select songs with ur mp3 player ?

Every morning when I start my car, the RPM will shoot up till 1800. I think it's perfectly normal. When it's hot, it will only go up till 1k.

You see,alot of you people dont get it.This NHC is very difficult to drive at low RPM.

For initial pickup,meaning from stationary ,to get the car moving you have to press quite hard for the car to move.If you press little bit onie,the car will hardly move.That is when ppl from behind will horn you.

It is not the same as the vios where you just press a little,and it will move very fast.Its easy to keep low RPM.

And you say keep the rev between 2-2.5k.Yes you can do that on a nice straight road,if the road is uphill just by a bit,I can confirm with you that you need to rev your car more than 3k RPM to get it moving.Cuz if you do 2-2.5 k RPM on an uphill section,the car wont freaking move.

So its easy to say maintain 2-2.5k rpm here in forum.But in real life driving,its almost impossible unless you are driving on clear straight highways everyday which i doubt very much.

So yes,thats how i hv been driving my car for the past 1 year 5 months,and yes since the first day i got my car,the highest mileage i got was 500km .That one oso once only and after so much of effort like driving super slow .But then again,it was because i went outstation and i was driving on straight highways most of the time.

The other times in and around KL,i have managed around 340km-360km per tank.And this oso is not really hard revving yet.Just normal driving.Not slow,but average.

If I start revving,i can get onie about 300km per tank.And yes,after I press the pedal hard hard,I can see the petrol meter dropping quite alot.

And no,my car does not have any problems.Sending to SC will not solve the problem.So just live with it.

I using ron 95 cuz can onie claim ron95 frm company.

Yea i m reckoning those who get 400 km per tank consistently every time are those s spec drivers cuz their car lighter and smaller rims and narrower tyre which is 175

Since all sharing FC issue, I share mine here.

Just filled up my tank with Esso RON97 and spent RM75.03. Pumped around 35.7++litres. The empty fuel light was on this evening and the meter showed the range was "0km" already. If u guys read the manual, when reach "0km", there is still a reserved 5-6litres petrol in tank.

Total mileage was 539.3km and it's 15.1km/l after calculate.

stop the full shit..... and in real the claiming of 4xxkm/litre got no evidence or support or proof AT ALL, all just say only... who can confirm that it is real.....

I changed my stock tyre to Conti Sport Contact 1 195/50/16 .Total RM 880 for 4 piece

Kinda cheap and the performance is not bad at all.Very quiet and stable!

i'm going for a service soon, any particular service center :

1. to avoid?
2. that we can go/recommended?

If not mistaken from what I read in TeamCity, it is the worst SC..

Huh? Means they are damaging the car??? What car is that??

U should avoid that SC if possible if I were u.. No aircon etc.. Different Honda SC got different service and spare parts pricing.. I really hate to service my Honda.. Always take so long and have to make appointment 1 week in advance.. So damn expensive also, brake pads RM 300+.. If u want to use fully-synthetic oil, Honda SC still insist on 5k interval.. Bloody hell, my Myvi 10k interval after I use better oil.. Whenever I service my Myvi, less than 1 hour finish..

have you serviced for the 1k? what do i need to take note about?

I'm using stock suspension and rims and when the car is fully loaded with passengers...on certain speed bumps my car mud guard will scrap the bump 

K&N air filter does make a whole lot of difference in the NHC. Much better pick up and acceleration.

Its not too good to be true. You're paying RM200++ to increase some torgue. Not to mention you'll have to maintain the filter regularly.
It is not proven to increase or decrease fuel consumption but do expect your petrol to finish faster. It is only natural effect when you get more power, you tend to press your accelerator more
