i'm getting a deal of rm500 rebate and full tank. my friend ask me dont ask for any tinted voucher cause usually is tipu 1..is it true?

anyway,i wanna ask if i dun get tinted voucher,should i buy the tinted thru my SA? or just take the car and come out do at some random shop? which is cheaper and which is better? thanks

he say they give wat voucher but charge u higher,so end up no discount 1.is just a tactic..
by the way my deal no so good hor i think,if compare others,i saw most get 500 rebate and 500 tinted voucher.
