For my case .... early in the morning / car wasn't driven for sometime (few hrs),

When u reverse the car from parking position, and change to D to move forward - the car tends to jerk in front .

anybody feel this ?
*
try to press your brakes firmly when u change gears from P to D. it should be more comfortable and u hardly here the clicking sounds. i do that now days and i feel it resolved the cold start gear changing noise issue....

Added on August 6, 2010, 7:48 pmIF anyone is interested in a trunk opener and a beep box for their new city please let me know ASAP

should be around rm50 la bro. my friend who speaks thai talked to the guy and he said installation is easy and he will provide manual. however it is different for every car so thats why i want to take only for new city as the guy cant speak english and he made it clear he would prefer to deal with a thai.

please test by pressing ur brakes firmly especially at morning starts and changing gear. u dont feel the jerk that much and it is bearable. just give it a try. this happens cause the rpm is high during cold starts.

Stepping the brake pedal firmly dont help this problem.
The jerk happens when u release the foot from the brake then the car will suddenly jerk.

How it will help is let go the break pedal very very slowly - then the jerk is less

Is this a common problem in all cars ? since u said its due to high rpm

Proton car also not like this  sweat.gif

really sorry to hear that about ur car... anyway i dont feel now like that on my car... guess i might be used to it...another way u can avoid it is leave ur car for a while to warm up la if the jerking is unbearable to you...

Is it the official from Honda or just third party solution? Roughly how much?
Saw that in garage sales before but will it void the warranty because u will need to do some wiring?
*
i did it without voiding warranty bro.after alll its a plug play device...a friend installed it for me... no issues with it.. working perfectly rclxms.gif

You should have opted for adjustable suspension..
Eibach springs suits well for NHC too.
