Power wise confirm City is better than Insight...
Just the torque Insight has better performing on this than the City.
Went to Sunway today to see some Dyno test on Honda City. Not bad smile.gif

as i know cash rebate will be around 1k or more depends on your nego skill. Free gift normally will be umbrella, tumbler, perhaps tint voucher, petrol voucher etc.

anyway, what makes you choose city over the vios after test drove both?

this car is so so noisy especially the tyre noise. anyone here has done sound proofing? or anyone has changed their tyres and found a significantly improve may show ur experience here? i am so sickening with the cabin noise and lousy goodyear stock tyre. just running near to 40k and i feel like changing it into a super duper quiet tyre.

speak about the FC, u guys 32 litres petrol only can go for 330km++? just wondering how u guys "whack" the throttle. or perhaps the upgrades of sport rims gain the weight which cause the poor FC.

for my normal driving, i nvr get below 350km for 32 litres before after driving 2 years++ NHC. I record every re-fuel. Vary from poorest 12.8km/l to best 17.1km/l. if normal driving normally i get 13km/l to 14km/l. base on 70% to 80% city drive.

above result is base on ESSO RON95.

owners should use the real time fuel consumption monitor more to guide them.try to always keep the bar at half or more

yup. dun follow the FC meter provided. Not accurate at all. Normally what it shows shld deduct abt 2km/l as the actual FC

Normally how long the brake pads can be last?
my car just 35k++ mileage but i feel my brake is very poor performance (tak "makan") even my mum notice and complain about it. What should i take attention into this issue? Besides brake pads, what else should i check?

thx for sharing smile.gif

Our car's insulation is crap...acceleration is clearly heard from gear 1-3 especially under hard acceleration. U can read Autocar Asean March 2011 edition where there is a comparison between Pug 207, Vios and City and its mention that the noise in the cabin is absurd!
*
Fully agreed~ The most unbearable issue about NHC is the sound insulation. After warranty ends, I would definitely go for sound proof and also change to whole set of quiet tyres instead of using the damn lousy stock Goodyear

how come ur stock tyre so lousy one? mine is continental tyre man.  rclxms.gif

lolx I wonder what u so proud abt ur Continental tyre. It's just on par quality as lousy as Goodyear. In fact, you paid extra RM500 for these lousy Continental tyre

and I bet u dunno abt this, so FYI, for early batch of NHC, all using Goodyear tyre, but NHC selling price was RM89,980. When newer batch of NHC provided Continental tyre, the price has increased to RM90,480.00
