criterion did test it out cop and robbers on Burnout Paradise....open world racing

Here in Melbourne, every year (I think every year) they have a tuners car show called Auto Salon (it's some magazine apparently)... I went this year for the first time, and they had a NFS: Hot Pursuit demo booth! So naturally, I just HAD to check it out...

The PS3 died on me at first, and needed to be restarted, but once it did, a small boy, about probably 7-8 years old I think, approached and played against me... I was the cop, and he was the escapee... The game just looks and functions awesome! I think that Critereon have done a great job with the game, cause it just felt great. One small problem I found though, it didn't feel very smooth... Maybe the Reventons handling was meant to be like that, but I didn't like it that much... The kid was using a Murcielago LP670 BTW...

So yea, it was a good game, but the Reventon felt 'tight' and not loose and smooth...

And the kid was good! He looked small and inexperienced or wtvr, but he embarrassed me in front of the crowd... I heard one guy saying "He is playing against a little kid!"

But I still did manage to arrest him coz instead of going the whole lap, he went back and forth in the wrong direction and stuff... I didn't manage to get all the back-ups, but I did get a road block that were SUV's (not sure what SUV's they were though)...

Actually that was the only 2 cars available... If you are the cop, your a Reventon, if your the crook, your an LP670...

so whats the gas button? R2?

Yup... X for nitrous... L2 breaks... And directional buttons were to control the cops back-up... You can't straight away call back-up, it will become available eventually, one by one I think, cause the only back-up that become available for me was roadblock... Either square or circle had a function too, think it was handbreak... The loading screen didn't mention what the other buttons do, and I didn't try it out as well... I'm sure there will be buttons to change the view, look back, etc...
