Where can i replace the original casing on the HTC Hero? Does lowyat provide this service or the HTC warranty center?

if ur set still under wrnty, go back to the distrubutor there replace for remain wrnty

Get a black epikcase will do..its incredibly cheap compared to changing a whole new housing.

Obviously, it will void your warranty if you replace the housing DIY. And I don't think casing/housing is covered under warranty for reasons such as wear and tear. In case your phone is still under warranty, its probably best to simply use a phone jacket like Riggo suggested.
