U dont want to pay then dont bloody take the loan. U owe someone, u pay back la, even if that someone is useless/crap.

So what? What does that have anything to do with people paying back their PTPN or not?

PTPN is a LOAN to you. A LOAN IS SOMETHING UR SUPPOSED TO PAY BACK.
