for first day -i try 5pm till 9pm ,call more then 10 times ,busy
next day -from 9-8 - call every 1-2 hour ,busy
thursday till today ,tue ,call early morning 8.30 ,still busy



wat kind of custcare is this ,alway busy

Friend...POS Office NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. It's a fact. You can go to a POS Office, and listen to the phone rings, while everybody ignore it. Maybe you can go there make a video like Namewee for TNB....lol.

It's best to call the nearest pos laju office in your area instead of the hotline.

I call up Butterworth, Alor Setar, Kangar, Ipoh pos laju before without problem. You can check the pos malaysia web site to get the contact number.

RHB bank cust service is superb! lol

anyway, last time i got problem with my parcel, instead of calling, I sent an email, they reply the next day. Maybe should try email first before call.
