Most of the time like big electrical purchases, you just need to call the stall and ask them to come and collect.

last time my sister bought a sofa with 2 cushion.
cavenzi delivered wrong-coloured cushion.
then we ask the lorry delivery man to bring the cushion back and ask for replacement as we ordered. we also noted down the mistale and replacement enquiry in the delivery note.
after 2 weeks, there are still no news from them, so i caled the customer office. surprisingly, they did not even read the delivery note returned. the wrong cushion is not found. after arguing and few return calls, they agree to replace with the correct one but we have to wait for 2 weeks for the delivery.

It's usually not advisable to send back the item on the spot using the same delivery guy. Unless you call them on the spot and speak to someone in charged.

Who knows the delivery guy might be up to no good.

i think u made a good point, boon.
normally if i order furniture from not-so-branded furniture shop, this works.
but maybe not for such a big company like this
