Service not so good. Never call or sms to update status even though given promise.
When I call them purposely cut the line and never answer.

today we are busy because of sgs2, but we already did our best to answer call from customers, if you experience on cannot call in that is because im using the phone, summore we need to pack for the postage phone, need download software to customer, need applied screen protectors, need to explain the warranty period to each customers... so if we missed you out we are very sorry, cuz we are receiving lots of calls in a day... can you provide your phone number to me? cuz i checked my call log, even a misscall i also call back...thank you

11:05AM you called again and moon answer while having lunch
after that we don have any call in or missed call from this number....

as i said, 0102566758 receiving a lot of sms and calls..so i just check, even your "19th of May" msg ask for bank account we did not reply is because we are busy. (But on that day is already full)

then today, we are busy as i mentioned above when step into shop ^^
