SS and MU downloads slow down at night ... sien

damn throttling again, no wonder my download so slow here

connection slow since last night ... what happened ?

juz made my complaint to TMNut ... really unacceptable speed !

did a few troubleshoot ... reset port, clear browser cache, restart PC, close unnecessary running programs on taskbar, change dns, ping test and check speedtest.net d/l speed

result also the same, finally open a case report for me

made a report last night regarding slow speed ... still the same tonight sigh

called SC and she said technician already checked and found out there's problem with server. Does she means DSLAM ? Need 2-3 days to fix !!! KNS

i'm at bt 8 1/2 cheras ... anyone having slow connection speed like me ?

my 1mb internet connection still damn slow here, has been like this for 10 days. Make report to TM also no use, have to wait wait and wait for the technician to fix the problem. But it appears to be OK during the morning ... download, surfing, and streaming at max speed. weird !

I tried using the same IP for whole day, during morning connection speed at its best, reached afternoon slowdown around 50%, reached night slowdown 80-90%. Restart modem to get fresh IP also get the same slow speed.

I was told by CS and technician that my slowdown problem was caused by faulty cable and ports. Need time to get the parts to change the faulty one.
