What is screamyx max cap in their fair usage policcy?

I found out everytime after streaming a few video it start to slow down or cap at 56-100kbps.

i found out after they intro unifi at my condo....my streamyx very difficult to get connected . DSL like not even show up... Have to on off a few time then only it blinks

sh#t max is putting all their force in unifi. Nowdays si difficult to get the dsl to light up

after 3 years of using stupidmix, today totally cannot connect

Made a complain . The CS want me to unplug my router and do direct connection
I.called her to fly kites. If I am able to do direct connection why I still need to use router. Not everyone is convenient to unplug everything just to satisfy the CS officer.

The funny part is screamyx got problem, but maxis and digi is fine... Does that means digi and maxis has their own dedicated line?
