Just called up customer service Miss Zatusy. They unable to resolve my issue. I giving them 1 week dateline if it's not resolve i will terminate my line go for maxis broadband. I'll quote in the termination form "28/11/2010: 12.25pm, Ms. Zatusy and the service manager of TM-100 customer service unable to resolve my issue, therefore i will terminate my line because of your lousy customer service. I opt for maxis broadband"

my area maxis broadband can reach from 70kbs to 120kbs download speed

this freaking 1mb package from 40kbps download down to 5kbps.

streamyx is slowing down now. It's telekom intention to slow down the streamyx line. They want you to migrate to Unifi and pay rm150.00 every month.

slow like turtle. I guess they are throttling the speed forcing everyone to upgrade to unifi.
