er...want add my opinion here...
yesterday tmnet ppl came to my house coz my conection sucks....so i ask them why so slow? they said could be

1. costumer modem or pc setting / kena virus, malware, etc.. la
2. tmnet de port broke...they will fix it for u
3. (hardes part) cable is too poor quality... (mine case)

then they went detect the poor cable (join to other) then fix it then call me...everything went smooth after that...good job tmnet!!!
