we're experiencing ridiculous pings during peak hours for the past 2 months already. complaint until dunno how to complain already.

TM is very smart nowadays, hire idiots to pick up calls and read script... so, customer gets frustrated complaining and stopped complaining even though issue still no solved. To TMnut, doesn't matter... customer still have to subscribe with them coz the monopolize broadband, and going wireless is even worst.... this is Malaysia service to it's nation at its best! FTW!!!

In PJ Section 14, ppstream loading problem has been going on for a few day, no idea why. But i suspect it is because TM is carrying out work around my area, i see many of them digging, laying wire etc, maybe in preparation for UNIFI.

This happen in the worst time, as I only found when I connect a computer to my LCD TV hoping to watch ppstream on it. Now my gf is nagging me why she cant watch ppstream on the LCD TV.     

pps stream at 150-300kb/s seem kind of low, and need a lot buffering isn't it? before my problem, i can stream without much buffering. I think if pps streaming speed lower than 500kb/s will be quite slow already... corrent me if i am wrong....
