if u really want to test ur speed,
use
www.2wire.com
it goes around the world 3x
then shows ur average speed...

only in malaysia..

pay for broadband ,,, get dial up speed..
and theres nothing u can do...

maybe thier terms and conditions should state..
pay in ratio of your connection speed...
