I noticed lots of ppl are having problems of low SNR and high attenuation especially around night time. I too had experienced these problems previously however mine happened during day time too then. So, I've decided to call TM, technician came and he said that the wire from the pole to my house was having problems. He cleaned up the wire and all was good till few weeks ago when I'm experiencing the same disconnection problems as you guys... line unstable during night time with high attenuation and low SNR.

I've decided to take the matter to my own hands as TM's response time is totally terrible (would take min 2 weeks for technician to come over to have a look). I went to check out the wires outside my house and noticed that the technician did not wrap the wires and just leave the copper wires bare naked enduring the weather thus oxidation did occur. During night time too, the wires would contract more due to it being exposed causing higher attenuation and lower SNR. I've then wrapped it up with some duct tape and everything is all good now. Hopefully this would help you guys who are experiencing the same problems as I did.
