my modem downlink showing only 500kbps and sometimes it only receive up to 400 ..VERY rarely it receives up to 800kbps...
i should have receive 1.5mbps given that i subscribe 1mbps...
what should i do? I have changed a new modem...zzz
my downlink attenuation is always 50dB which i think is bad signal to noise ratio...This problem occur few months ago and till now it is not fixed.. should i call tmnut?
