Dont change to 124...
Previously Im always on 118 and speed for torrent and web is good. Nowadays always 124 (even when Im on 118, will dc in less than a day and reassigned to 124) and speed is slow, not to mention that I can load Facebook games but unable to play with RECONNECT message all the time.

124 is still okay for torrenting but I do feel that some of the torrent that originated in Europe/USA is slow. HK/CH/TW is still fast.
