The situation at my side is pretty grim. Since midnight, the connection has gone from relatively normal (60 kbps) to hellish, when it decided to flip me off and refuse to load any website properly, let alone do so in short time.

I'm forced to restart my modem when nothing else can be done, but that too has only remedied the problem temporarily. For a very brief time (i.e. less than 5 minutes) before the connection slows to a complete stop. As I type this, I have restarted the modem 5 times since midnight.

The problem is also all reaching. Both local and international sites are affected. I suspect it's my modem, but I need to confirm it's localised.
