Does the maintenance include frequent disconnections? Cos I'm getting disconnected every minute or two

Wow Streamyx is truly amazing. I can't even connect. Error invalid password or username. This probably means that I kena potong. But the bill told me to pay before the 18th of June. Today is the 9th.
