streamyx has been extremely slow recently, need to drop the call center a line again... Sometimes I feel like I live in a different country than the people getting consistently good internet speed :/

I got 4mb line cant even connect. Router keep disconnecting. Connect also cant stream data....???

i had weird cases also le
the line does not DC but
i can download 100kbps suddenly dropped to 0kbps after 10minutes
then after 10-20minutes ...the line okay back again, and this problem keeps repeating
