after 2 hour of worrying of getting throttle or something then
recheck modem from 124.XX.XX change into 60.XX back to surfing at normal speed now |

seems like TM throttle down and choke all the ddl site even the ones not included in the mcmc letter. moving <5kB |

ya i can confirm. they throttle the entire international link. i just use VPN to test and still my speed is only 5kB.

For the past 2 weeks my download speed is very low..
At first i thought it was due to international server problem,but that is not the real thing.. For the past few days I test my internet speed and i found something suspicions.. When ever I start to download a file from an international server , i'll get full speed but after few minutes (maybe around 30 minutes) the speed will drop drastically until 5kb - 20kb.. But when i use my internet for surfing purpose only,nothing happen.. My speed is normal and I can surf website without any problem.. The problem only arise when i start to download a file from any servers(mu,fileserve,etc).. |
