Few things to note, inside the box, there is a car holder inside of the stand, no CD, user guide in Hungarian language i think and a lousy earphone(it's white color, you will not want to use it unless you are listening to FM Radio). I'm not sure if I was cheated on the accessories part, but those who plan to buy AP you might want to take note on this part.
The handphone itself,
it crashes quite often, the screen freezes, I need to either restart the phone or reinsert the battery in order to use the phone normally again.
The accelerometer is quite irresponsive, sometimes when I tilt the phone horizontally to use the qwerty typing mode, the screen will not change its orientation, it just stays in portrait. To solve this, again I have to restart the phone.
The camera is quite disappointing, it is even not as good as nokia 6500 slide. Avoid night mode as it turns people faces grainy.
The user interface is also not up to my expectation, example, when marking individual files, I have to go through several layers of menu just to select one file, imagine if I am deleting 10 items. Conclusion is, Nokia is no big deal even they sell the most handphone on earth, for the same price, you might want to look for Samsung, LG.. who knows, they might be better. Just keep in your mind, Nokia's software and hardware for this phone is not necessarily better than other brand's corresponding phones.
=-----=
However, for the price I paid, I have never regretted buying this phone. This is my first phone that comes with
1.autofocus camera(very good I can capture words clearly)
2.Wifi(Just for fun, phone's battery performance and screen size makes website browsing unenjoyable)
3.Symbian S60(Very impressive, I can install countless themes, softwares)
I especially like an app called graphviewer, it is able to plot graph if you have the function. And it shows maximum points, intercepts in the graph. This has got to be my favourite as it helps in my foundation study. Besides, there is also applications like periodic table, just google periodic table for symbian s60 5th edition.
4.GPS, however I doubt the practicality of using it. The battery of my phone cann't last long, I have to charge everyday. Unless you have a car charger. Don't worry about using A-GPS, the charge is only about RM0.20, in my case. Not sure for outside Malaysia though.
Future 5800 owner might want to pm me for any queries regarding this phone should you have any doubt to clear before buying the phone.

sounds like you bought a used phone.
the battery for my 5800 is pretty good considering its screen size ... 50-60sms .. 1 hour+ call time, with mp3 .. games etc .. can usually go 2 days before the "Battery Low" warning comes.
but i agree software wise it requires quite alot more polish to get ahead of the game.
