Bear in mind flashing to CFW isnt fun yo!

The one you downloaded from navifirm will be you original firmware. you'll need to replace a few files from the CFW into your original firmware folder.
Just make 2 copies. One for original firmware and another one for CFW. in case the CFW acting strange you'll remain yr original firmware to flash into your phone.
As for your files backup, open PC suite > Backup

You're right on the first part, but you'll still need to download the CFW core file from the forum. Which is here.

Then replace it according to what stated on the readme.txt in the package.

IMO, flashing your phone just because of the sliding issues is not really worth it la.
Maybe you did something wrong. Dont risk it.

if u think your phone have problem very simple

connect to NSU after it shows no update just press on the reinstall so the phone can reflash the firmware for u.

erm, for message ringtone i need to use what type of files or i need to put my song at which files? it cant detect message ringtone files(mp3 and aac)
it can detect other song but say the song not suitable for message ringtone. then i saw the original message ringtone is in aac file so i convert to aac file but still cant..zzzzz
btw, 1 more question here...how you guys adjust properly the song?? just copy paste into hp using pc suite and then choose 1 by 1 at 'all song' there when want to listen????
