Your phone might not have the latest one in it, it can be lower version like v21 -v40. But if your phone is original malaysian unit, you can update with ease.

and..GPS? sweat.gif

Nokia's latest version of OVI Maps v3.04 or v3.03 comes with lifetime free navigation ( I-GPS only ) I-Gps means that you are using your phone's inbuilt GPS chip, and thus, not charging you any fees, but slower locking speed. Refer FP for AGPS and others.

*#0000# -> Options -> Check For Updates. Or with Nokia PC Suite. Do take note of the precautions before update, check FP.

v51.0.006 and hacked phone......

can anyone give some suggestions as what cause it ?  Ty guys.......
*
Reset all camera settings to default. If still doesn't work, run a torchlight app like Strobe, to test whether is it your flash problem or software problem smile.gif

Go to NCC if whether you have warranty or not also go NCC cause normal shops always use lousy replacement parts which will spoil in a very short time...

Hi guys, I have a problem with my 5800 XM.
Whenever I connect the phone to OVI using USB, the phone memory and Micro SD shows 0Kb free.
When connect to OVI as File Transfer device, the system show the correct free space.

Another problem is that when I go to file manager, I tried to run the backup, but was not successful.  The error message was that the phone memory was full.

The phone mem is 20.2 MB free and memory card has 4.5GB.
I already clear all the internet cache etc. Still the same problem.
Anyone ever experience such problem and the solutions.

Thanks
*
Um, if you would like to do files transferring, please select Mass Storage Mode from your phone after the menu pops out. I'm only familliar with Nokia PC Suite.

As for the backup, try restarting and re-do it.. Hope it helps, never seen this kind of problem b4.

Sweat resistance = BH-505
Noise isolation = BH-505
