If my customer suddenly say the address given is wrong, and i have send out the parcel yesterday, PosLaju tracking system also show "incorrect address" today, can I call up the post office for change address?

Anyone try this before?

i think cannot... ur item should b at da poslaju centre if they cannot find da address...

ur customer hav 2 take da item at his/her nearest poslaju centre...

happen to me once btw...

if got hp no, they'll call the attn
but i think only applicable in the same area
i.e. wrong house/street no

my case is...wrong house + street no...suppose is "3, jalan 3" customer gv me "1, jalan 1".... ad call up poslaju...he say try help me ask the post office to change...nid wait next tuesday oli noe d result
